  • Customers using our B2B Product Ordering App
    Each application processes user data relevant to its operational role in the YolaFresh supply

    chain and commercial platform.

  • Identification Information: Full name, employee ID, role, contact information

  • Device and Access Data: Device identifiers, app usage logs, location data (where
    relevant to operational roles)

  • Operational Data: Check-in/out timestamps, order details, produce verification logs,
    route logs

2.2 Customer-Facing Application


For users of our B2B product ordering platform, we collect:

  • Account Information: User name, Business name, contact person, email, phone number, billing and shipping address as well as localisation

  • Order and Transaction Data: Order history, payment records, delivery preferences

  • Usage Data: Login activity, app interaction logs, feedback submissions

    jurisdiction, primarily in compliance with CNDP.

  • Customer transaction data: retained to manage your account and for regulatory recordkeeping
